Crouch End N4
The project on a traditional Victoria House involved its complete refurbishment to a very high specification. A double-height ceiling was created in the living room and newly-formed stud walls, crafted from Douglas Fir, were left exposed throughout, creating a visual feature not often seen. An existing dormer was removed and replaced with a Velux skylight, allowing for more natural light.
A bespoke kitchen was installed using a specialist designed multiply wood material by TinTab. The original floorboards were retained, but brought back to life by sanding and the application of Osmo Oil.
In the bathrooms, two walk-in showers were fitted. The entire property had underfloor heating installed, whilst wooden sash windows were used for the glazing.Cabinetry works were carried out by our specialist team of joiners in the master bedroom, music room and both living and dining rooms.
