Stoke Newington N16

This project dramatically extended the lower ground floor living space of an existing Stoke Newington house to create a light-filled Family Room addressing the garden. The existing rear garden excavate  and remodelled to form a series of planted terraces descending down to the rear of the extension, The work involved the demolition of existing internal and external walls of the main house, the excavation of the rear garden and lower ground floor.

In additional there was the construction of rear garden stepped planters, steps and planting boxes. There were structural alterations at the centre rear of the lower ground floor.

Installation of one rooflight – at the lower ground floor. All windows will be double-glazed with an aluminium powder coating, there were also general associated restoration throughout.
