This is a going project of two new build homes, both semi-detached, both with a foot-print of 85 Sqm including the loft space. Both will feature exposed London Stock bricks and have front and rear gardens. The roofs will be finished off with Welsh slate roof tiles. All windows will be double-glazed with an aluminium powder coating,

Wood flooring in both will be fitted throughout, along with German-designed Nolte kitchens with granite worktops.

A 10-year Zurich Insurance Warranty is being provided for both properties.
