In the leafy, North London suburb of Cockfosters, lays the Victorian-era, semi-detached house.

This property is going to receive the addition of a new rear, ground-floor extension that will see both the kitchen and dining room extended, as well as a small ground-floor side extension that will see an increase to the living room and the creation of a stand-alone Larder Area.

The current front entrance hall space will be split in half – one half to remain entrance hall, with the other half being turned into an acoustically-insulated music room.

An extensive reconfiguration and refurbishment will take place internally, including structures and services, and works to the external façade and to the rear garden will provide further upgrades that will see this property modernised and brought up-to date.

All the windows will be replaced to feature double-glazed sash windows and crittall-style windows and sliding doors. Bespoke hand-made joinery will be prevalent throughout the entire property.
